Venture Conclave by ThinkSuite is a digital-first event platform. All tickets, passes, and registrations are delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical products unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

Digital Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, your event pass and booking confirmation will be delivered through the following methods:

• Instant on-screen pass generation immediately after payment confirmation
• Email confirmation sent to the registered email address within 5–10 minutes
• Downloadable digital pass (PNG format) available on the confirmation screen
• Booking reference number for check-in at the event venue

Email Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of payment:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder
• Verify the email address you provided during registration
• Contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference
• We will resend your confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your request

Physical Items (Event Kits)

For select premium events, physical welcome kits or merchandise may be provided. When applicable:

• Physical items are distributed at the event venue on the day of the event
• No postal shipping is provided for event merchandise unless specifically announced
• Items uncollected at the event will not be shipped post-event

International Participants

International attendees receive the same digital delivery experience. All passes and confirmations are sent electronically, ensuring seamless access regardless of geographic location. The event itself is hosted in India, and travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
