Event Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment
• Each ticket is valid for one person only unless explicitly stated otherwise
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Fraudulent registrations will be cancelled without refund
• ThinkSuite reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee

Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward any participant
• Unauthorized recording or photography of other attendees without consent
• Solicitation or aggressive marketing without organizer approval
• Sharing of confidential information disclosed during the event
• Any illegal activity on the event premises

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Venture Conclave website — including text, graphics, logos, and event materials — is the property of ThinkSuite and protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Photography & Recording

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for event documentation and promotional purposes. ThinkSuite may use these materials across its marketing channels. If you object, please notify us in advance.

Liability Disclaimer

ThinkSuite shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event
• Loss of business opportunities arising from event attendance
• Technical failures affecting digital pass delivery
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage amicable resolution of disputes before legal action.

Modifications

ThinkSuite reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
